Bottling services you can trust

We specialize in micro bottling from 200L per day, as well as industrial bottling up to 20 000L per day.
We can fill a whole variety of bottle shapes and sizes, from 187mL to Magnums and Cap Classique. 

One of our bottling rig (our Bertolaso Olimpia) is equipped to apply Stelvinlux + closures, and another one (one of the GAI machines) can apply crown caps on Cap Classique bottles.
All of our units can apply cork closures and standard ROPP screw cap closures. 

We are HACCP accredited, BBBEE Level 4 and fully insured.

Due to our five bottling lines, we can assist you with short notice bottling orders.

Furthermore, we have got the latest BERTOLASO bottling line with its own Nitrogen Generator on board, for the lowest oxygen pickup in the mobile industry.

Technical Requirements

Bottling :

• 32 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
• Water point with Gika fitting and good pressure (1.2 to 3 Bar)
• Staff : 8 workers + 1 forklift driver
