Mobile Cooling Unit

The ideal temperature of the wine to ensure a smooth disgorgement production is between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius. This significantly helps reduce the amount of wine lost to "gushing" once the cap is removed.
We now have a Mobile Cooling Unit at your disposal, that we can deliver to your premises the day before disgorgement production for an overnight cooling down of your bottles.
