A lot of South African Cap Classique producers still riddle their wine manually, which is a long and therefore costly process (usually between 4 and 6 weeks and up to 3 months depending on the nature of the wine, bottle shape and skill of the "remuer").
We now have several Gyropalettes® Duo at your disposal, each one of them being able to riddle 1008 bottles in 3 to 5 days.
Benefits : In addition to helping you save costs and time, these automated systems enable you to perform a perfect riddling without a skilled remuer, and help you optimize your floor space use as it needs significantly less space than what is needed for A-Frames.
