In 2021, we expanded our services to include riddling and disgorging, providing a complete mobile solution for the Cap Classique production process — all conveniently delivered to your cellar.

Riddling Services – Fast, Precise, and Mobile

Many South African Cap Classique producers still riddle their wines manually, a process that can take between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the bottle and wine style.
Our Gyropalette® Duo systems eliminate this bottleneck — each unit can riddle up to 1,008 bottles in just 3–5 days.

Mobile Disgorging/Degorgement

Our mobile disgorging line ensures that your Cap Classique wines are finished with precision, efficiency, and care.
We provide an eco-friendly and high-performance mobile solution housed in a 40ft reefer container.
Equipment Highlights:
  • Champagel neck freezing unit with Green Ice® technology– 100% plant-based and sustainable
  • Automatic disgorging monoblock – combines disgorging, dosage, mixing, levelling, corking & wire-hooding
  • Bottle washer and dryer – ensures bottles are spotless and dry, ready for labelling

Technical Requirements

Riddling :
  • 32 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
  • Staff : to the customer's discretion to pack the bottles in the riddling cages + Forklift driver​
Disgorging :
  • 32 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
  • Water point with Gika fitting and good pressure (1.2 to 3 Bar)
  • Staff : a minimum of 4 workers + Forklift driver
