We have been offering the service of Tirage / bottling of the blended wine for more than 20 years, and 2021 marks the launch of additional services to complete the Cap Classique production process.
Since June 2021, we are now able to assist you with the following.

A lot of South African Cap Classique producers still riddle their wine manually, which is a long and therefore costly process (usually between 4 and 6 weeks and up to 3 months depending on the nature of the wine, bottle shape and skill of the "remuer").
We now have several Gyropalettes® Duo at your disposal, each one of them being able to riddle 1008 bottles in 3 to 5 days.
Benefits : In addition to helping you save costs and time, these automated systems enable you to perform a perfect riddling without a skilled remuer, and help you optimize your floor space use as it needs significantly less space than what is needed for A-Frames.
This service is offered mobile (delivered to your cellar).
Disgorging / Degorgement
We can also assist you with :
- A brand new neck freezing unit for ice disgorging (using the revolutionary and eco-friendly Green Ice Technology)
- An automatic disgorging mono block ( combining the disgorging, dosage, mixing, wine leveling, corking and wire-hooding operations)
- A bottle washer and dryer top ensure that the bottles are left perfectly clean and dry, ready for labelling

This service will be offered mobile (delivered to your cellar), all machinery onboard a 40ft container.
