How we can assist you ...

We have been offering the service of Tirage / bottling of the blended wine for more than 20 years, and 2021 marks the launch of additional services to complete the Cap Classique production process.
As early as May 2021, once we receive the brand new machinery ordered from the best suppliers in Europe, we will be able to assist you with the following.

Riddling

We know for a fact that a lot of South African Cap Classique producers still riddle their wine manually, which is a long (between 4 and 6 weeks) and therefore costly process.
We will soon have 5 Gyropalettes® Duo at your disposal, each one of them being able to riddle 1008 bottles in less than a week.
This service will be offered mobile (delivered at your cellar) or static in our warehouse.

Disgorging / Degorgement

Also available from the second quarter of 2021 :
- A brand new neck freezing unit for ice disgorging (using the revolutionary and eco-friendly Green Ice Technology)
- An automatic disgorging mono block ( combining the disgorging, dosage, mixing, wine leveling, corking and wire-hooding operations)
- A bottle washer and dryer top ensure that the bottles are left perfectly clean and dry, ready for labelling

Average speed : 1000 Bottles per hour
​This service will be offered mobile (delivered at your cellar), all machinery onboard a 40ft container.

Labelling and Foiling

We have a foiling machine at your disposal, and can apply your front and back labels, and certification seal on our GAI labelling units. 

Average Speed : 2500 bottles per hour

Technical Requirements

Riddling :
  • 32 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
  • Staff : to the customer's discretion to pack the bottles in the riddling cages + Forklift driver
Disgorging :
  • 63 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
  • Water point with Gika fitting and good pressure (1.2 to 3 Bar)
  • Staff : a minimum of 4 workers + Forklift driver

​Labelling :
  • 32 Amp 5 pin 3 phase power source
  • Staff : 
    • From bin to bin : 6 workers + 1 forklift driver
    • Into boxes (premade) : 10 workers + 1 forklift driver
