About us...

We specialize in bottling and labelling with a wide variety of bottle sizes, from 187ml to magnums and Cap Classic, and we are also certified agents for Stelvinlux +  screw cap closures on our five mobile units, GAI and Bertolaso.

1996 : Estate Mobile Bottling founded by Mark WIEHE., with one Bertolaso bottling machine

2004 : Laurent STOCK joins the company . Addition of one labelling machine

2006 : Laurent STOCK buys the company and becomes CEO of Estate Mobile Bottling and Labelling

2009 : Purchase of a second bottling unit, a BERTOLASO one, 3000 btles/hour

2010 :  - Purchase of a brand new GAI labelling machine, four stations, new technology. Retiring of the old labelling machine in Robertson
             - Purchase of a Costral bottling unit, for micro wineries (2000 btles/hour)

2011 :  Purchase of a GAI bottling machine for Garagistes (1500 btles/hour)

2012 : Purchase of a brand new BERTOLASO bottling unit, new technology (3000 btles/hour)

2013 : Purchase of a GAI labeling unit / three stations / 3000 btles/hour

2015 : - Purchase of a new GAI 10 head filler, corker and screw capper, ideal for productions
from 200 to 10 000 L /day
             - Purchase of a new Mercedes 918 truck to transport the bottle washer and labelling unit as one

2016 : - Purchase of a brand new CAMES WDT-4/6 bottle washer and dryer (up to 3500 bottles/hour)
             - Purchase and refurbishment of a 16 head filler GAI 3504 A bottling machine 

2017 :   - Purchase of a brand new bottling line, a Unibloc for rinsing, filling, corking and capping model Sincronia 16/16/1/3- 840 made in Italy by Bertolaso S.p.a

2019 ; - Purchase of a brand new In Line Labelling Monobloc for Champagne and Wine. This labelling unit will be able to apply Front and Back labels, certification seals, Neck labels and Foil on your MCC bottles. 

2020 : - Purchase of :
  1. Gyropalettes® from Oenoconcept 
  2. Champagel bottle neck freezing unit
  3. Automatic Disgorging Unit from Barida, combining in a single unit the disgorgement, dosage, wine leveling corking and wire-hooding operations.
We will be ready as early as April 2021 to assist South African Magic Bubble makers with their entire Cap classique bottling/riddling/disgorging productions!

We currently have 5 mobile bottling units, 3 mobile labelling units, and 2 bottle washers (up to 3500 bottles/hour) at your disposal.
